- Kicked out for the day
- Membership Revoked
- No food on floor
- Open toed shoes are prohibited
- Share equipment and don't take up for longer than needed
- Claim lost items within a one week period
- Check specialty attachments out with a form of ID
- Bring your own towel
- Wipe down equipment after use
- No smoking inside facility
- No loitering
- Cable attachments belong back on attachment tree, not the floor
- TREAT OUR FACILITY AS ITS YOUR HOME.
NO STEALING - If caught stealing, your membership will be revoked and you will lose all privileges to ever come to a FLEX FITNESS facility again.
MONTH TO MONTH MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:
You the buyer, may cancel this agreement within 3 business days by sending a written notice to the club postmarked by the third business day following the date of this agreement, and be issued a full or partial refund, depending if gym was used within those 3 days. $30 per day gym used. Will be deducted from the amount of the total package price refunded. After 3 business days, no refund will be issued. Cancellation will be processed immediately upon receiving proper forms at no extra cost.
ON CONTRACT MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:
You the buyer, may cancel this agreement within 3 business days by sending a written notice to the club postmarked by the third business day following the date of this agreement, and be issued a full or partial refund, depending if the gym was used within those 3 days. $30 per day gym used. Will be deducted from the amount of the total package price refunded.
After 3 business days, no refund will be issued. If the contract is to be broken early, the member will incur a $200 cancellation fee as part of the early termination. If cancellation is within 7 days or less of the next billing cycle, the member will be charged their monthly billing plus the $200 cancellation fee.
* Members are responsible for any outstanding charges on their account and must take care of them before any cancellation may be processed.
